You'll be guided to access your truth by tapping into that infinite, all-knowing, wise aspect of yourself. 

The wise aspect of yourself drives you to reflect inwardly and deeply, so you can generate insights, new perspectives, and actionable solutions. 

Such self-reflection seeks out wisdom by engaging in meaningful introspection, which involves reflecting and looking inward by being aware and accepting of one’s thoughts, feelings, and actions without any judgment.

Get clear about where you are in your life's journey at the moment, what you want, and what the next steps are in getting you there.  

Writing prompts will be appropriately paced. Including a warm-up, a 15-minute break, a writing restorative practice & inspiring stories, poems, & quotes.
